I had flooring installed in my bathroom and kitchen and it looks very nice although I do have some issues. When I ordered the flooring at the store they asked me to take the measurements myself and I think it would have been more professional for someone to come out to take them since I didn't know what I was doing. I got the measurements wrong and because of that they did not order the right amount of materials. They took off all of the wall trim and broke some of it while removing it and did not replace any of it when they were done. The scrap materials were left in a large pile in my yard. My mother called on my behalf and spoke with someone at the store asking them to come back out to at least clean the scrap pile which they did not do. I am a single mom and will have to take care of the trim and scrap pile by myself. I don't think that I would do business with them again.
