We are an established Real Estate company in one of the most beautiful areas of Washington State. Stevens County has something to offer everyone, all year long. Just to mention a few: 49 North is known for great skiing and Lake Roosevelt offers a great recreational getaway for fishing, boating and house boat rentals. There are a multitude of trails in our area for snowmobiling, ATV, and horseback riding or just simply camping and relaxing by one of our many lakes or rivers. Robyn Westergard is the Owner/Broker of our company and has been in the Real Estate business for over 18 years. She began in the Seattle area and then moved to Whidbey Island where she spent seven years selling waterfront properties, acreage and residential homes. After vacationing in eastern Washington she knew she needed to move to this wonderfully beautiful area. She has made her home here for the last eight years and opened her Real Estate Brokerage in 2004.
