Terrible service, called for a pick up, was told it would be picked up by 3 pm that day, package was still sitting here the next day. Customer paid for next day delivery. I will refuse to pay for this pick up!

horrible service being told data that is incorrect. The shipper provided me the address on the UPS label and it is correct. UPS tells me a different number. In looking up the tracking on this it says I will not receive it until 6/2 when I call it tells me I will receive a post card to pick up the package. This is bull. I am now waiting for a call back to get my package from UPS. they are suppose to call me by 2 pm.
