12/16/12: Purchased "Princess Llano" mattress set w/ 10 yr. Warranty from Moores. Mid price range. Mattress collapsed on left sleep side after only 6 months in use which caused me to sleep in a "hole".in-dentation in the foam top. After 1 year of anguish, miserable sleep and back pain, I still had to use this bed for 1 year and 1 week. I called Moores Furniture and reported the problem on 1/22/2013. Inspection was done on 1/29/13. 1 1/2 inch depression in mattress after only 1 year?? The mattress DID NOT LAST 6 months before it broke down and I could NOT sleep on it. No response from Moores as of 2./2/13. I may consider civil action for the defective mattress, OR, a partial $$ refund. I was forced to find ANOTHER matt.set which I found at a neighbor's Estate Sale. GREAT BUY! Customer Sale Service at Moores is poor with the exception of 1 person who has tried to help with the defective mattress. I have LOST all my $$ so far & I am VERY unhappy with Moores Furniture.
