Hello, I am a Manager of a local retail store. I have been shopping at this store (Gibsons) for many many years. I went in the other day gladly set on buying new shirts and some other things as well. While I was doing so a disgusting and repulsive man came out of the back room. He had accused my son of spitting on the floor?!?! What is this? The man was loud and not friendly at all. He asked my son if he could get him a paper towel to clean it up!!!?! However, my son was not guilty of this as I was watching him the entire time. Gibsons, you need to get your priorities straight. Maybe you had a lot of theft with all of these "fake shoppers" spying on actual customers. I've told everyone I know not to shop at this store. Poor, poor service. Terrible and disappointing how this store has failed me and my family. This store also does not have many of the items it advertises and, furthermore, gibsons need many maintenance checks throughout the store as well. It looks disgusting in there these days.

I am a employee of Gibson's Kererville and enjoy my work with the most interesting customers of anywhere that I have worked in my 50 plus rears in the retail business. We at Gibsons pride our selves with giving the best quaality service pollible. our customers like that and keep comming back We treat them good and they treat us good. "Gibson's is our name but service is our game"

I love this store because it has some things most stores don't have in stock. For example, I needed a new ice pic and this store had one! It is fun just to browse and look at the different things that they have on their shelves.
