Glenn High School offers a range of educational programs to students. Its curriculum includes social science, math, art, visual arts, science and English. The school conducts classes in foreign language, performing art and physical and vocational education. It maintains a media center that stocks books. The school administers the English as a Second Language program. It also offers classes in algebra, biology and civics. The school operates interact, key, Latin and outdoor clubs. It is a part of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, which governs various elementary, middle and high schools. In addition, the school operates a parent-teacher-student association that conducts several fundraising events and programs.
