Went in for a state inspection. They failed the car because of worn "wiper blades". They said they would pass it if I'd let them install new blades for $35. Total BS! My husband brought the van back and asked them to show him the wear and the the other tech couldn't find it!

I went for an oil change and it was $44+ for a conventional oil change. From here they tried to sell me everything under the sun. Tremendous pressure. It is clear that the ownership is breathing down everyones neck to sell, sell, sell. I will never go back. I feel bad for the employees

I have been taking my 2002 Hyandai Santa Fe to Express Oil Center for over a year now and have always been 100% satisfied with the service. They do charge a bit more for their services but I am more than happy to pay it to know the job is being done right. I usually pay around $35 for an oil change, it usually only takes around 10 minutes and I love the fact that I sit in my car while they do the oil change. They always show me the oil levels, the filters, washer fluid. They check your brakes, horn, etc... They are very thorough. A couple of days ago, I took my car in to have the AC Serviced and they not only fixed it for a totally fair rate, but they also re-connected my cruise control for no-extra charge, (just because it is an easy fix). I will continue to take my car here and have recommended their services to all of my friends and family.

85 dollar an hour labor rate...$38 oil change on a honda and a $49 oil change on the trailblazer ....then they try to "recommend " other services. you can over hear some of the staff bragging about how much they have sold that particular day or week like its a contest. and my cousin said she knows someone that over heard a new employee recently talking about what kind of person would get their oil changed in the rain and called it "stupid people food"..while she was there getting her oil changed in the rain...
