Located in Kermit, Texas, Kermit High School serves students in grade 9 through 12. It offers classes in language arts, math, science, social studies, and health and physical education. The school conducts career education programs in auto mechanics, criminal justice, economics and English. Kermit High School additionally provides advanced placement courses in journalism, industrial arts, accounting and speech. Its sports activities include cheerleading, football, cross-country, volleyball, softball, basketball, baseball, tennis and golf. The school has a parent-teacher association, as well as operates various clubs and organizations. It has a certified pediatric nurse practitioner who offers medical and first-aid services.
