Established in 1997, Southeastern Renal Dialysis is a corporation that operates dialysis centers, such as the Henry County Health Center, Great River Medical Center, Fort Madison Community Hospital and Keokuk Area Hospital. It provides care and treatment services for renal dialysis patients. The corporation offers home dialysis training services for patients. Southeastern Renal Dialysis provides individualized programs that include sodium modeling, programmable ultra filtration and the volumetric measuring of fluid loss. In addition, it offers educational services in the areas of kidney function, disease mechanism, and diet and dialysis treatments. The corporation organizes picnics and bingo games for patients and families. Southeastern Renal Dialysis is a part of Keokuk Health Systems, which offers health care and rehabilitative services and is accredited by The Joint Commission.
