PSBA started in 1968 in Quincy, Illinois. While our corporate office still remains in Quincy, we now have several satellite offices in the surrounding area. In 1975 we opened an office in Keokuk, Iowa. Several years later, in 2004, we opened an office in Hannibal, Missouri. Recently, an acquisition of Great River Engineering, Inc., in January of 2014, has given us an office in Bowling Green, Missouri.At first, we were primarily focused on the highway design branch of Civil Engineering. Through client demand and personnel additions, the firm grew into other branches; including Architecture, Surveying, Geographic Information Systems, and Planning. Although the firm started as a Proprietorship, it has evolved into a Corporation owned by the professional staff. Today, we are a full service Architecture and Engineering firm with over 45 years in the industry.We have a reputation of providing complete, timely and professional service and encourage you to contact our past and present clients. It is our belief that it is vital to meet the needs of the client.
