Established in 2002, Keokuk Middle School is a part of the Keokuk Community School District and is located in Keokuk, Iowa. It has an annual enrollment of more than 500 students in grades six through eight. The school has a computer lab that includes more than 300 computers and over 35 laser printers. It offers a wide range of academic courses, such as language arts, algebra, earth science, physical science, geography, exploratory art, life skills, industrial technology, computer literacy and physical education. The school has a library that offers online database, including periodicals, newspapers, maps, and television and radio transcripts. Keokuk Middle School provides a variety of activities that include jazz band, math counts, language arts Olympiad, spelling bee, writing contests, memory book club and Japan exchange club.
