When a relief valve was leaking on my water heater I called Comfort Specialists. They said that they were happy to do the repair but being the heater is 18 years old I should consider a tankless water heater. They left that option open with no sales pressure. We chose to forgo the repair and have them install the heater. They got it in the same day and did a great job.
