In addition, Summit employs 20 to 25 knowledgeable in-house construction professionals who perform all rough and finish carpentry. This permits greater quality and schedule control than many of our competitors can accomplish with subcontractors. Gregg, the founder, also spends much of his time on site working closely with the superintendent, job site foremen and tradespeople to control quality and construction costs.
