Born and raised in Iraq, Alaa brings a rich heritage of Middle Eastern cuisine to the Kent, Washington area. Alaa celebrates diverse and delectable meals by combining Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients and halal styles of cooking. Hamadi came to America twenty eight years ago to add another flavor of culture to the Pacific Northwest.
