I love shopping there! They are always as helpful as possible, and are willing to order anything from their online store (they seem to be one of the smaller stores). After doing some research, their prices are actually very competitive with others in the area. Very knowledgeable and helpful, will definitely recommend my friends and family to shop there.
Pretty bad. First, their selection is lacking compared to most running stores, and not many in there seem to know what they're really talking about. Also, their gift card setup is a pain, as the gift cards you get in the store can only be used in retail outlets, can't be used online. After much confusion on their side, I was finally able to order an online catalog item through the Kent store (of course they didn't stock it), was told it was in stock and the order was filled and would ship by such and such a date. Four days after that date, I got a phone message saying they were sold out now, and were very sorry indeed. I'm afraid I must agree with the latter sentiment. They're also quite expensive, to top off the fun! Really though, if you need running gear, do away with the hassle and go somewhere else, where they are run like real running stores and not just a smaller version of a chain sporting goods store.
