Founded in 1979, Hot Cell Services Corporation supplies radiation shielding window refurbishment, field maintenance, window modification and consulting services. Its radiation shielding products include radiation shielding windows, glove box windows, glass slabs/bricks, hot-side cover plates and viewports. Based in Washington, the optical parts manufacturer also offers X-ray shielding services and optical lenses to its clients. In 1997, Hot Cell Services Corporation joined Sovis-Optique, under the worldwide glass manufacturer Saint-Gobain, to provide global support to the radiation shielding window market.
