Provided by YP.comThey did not show up for a critical repair which held up our City Permit for operation, forcing us to lose valuable time and money for our client who trusted us to get this job done. They not only missed the appointment but did not even call to reschedule, in the end we had to call them. They lied to us on the phone saying we did not have an appointment, then when proof was given they admitted we had an appointment but said the parts had not arrived. So we took another venue and cancelled the work order. Then they charged us a "restock" fee for parts that they said had not even arrived. - When confronted by email Michael threatened Attorney action if we did not pay his $150 restock fee, but not once did he apologize or speak to the fact that we lost a day of work due to their missed appointment and lack of professionalism. Really, what Attorney will take on a $150 claim? - Look at other reviews, that's what we should have done before getting in bed with these guys.

Provided by YP.comThis company has 16 one star reviews. AVOID them at all costs. They tried to cheat us, lied and then threatened our company because they missed an appointment and we cancelled their service. - Now it seems that they have three (3) listings on YP just to avoid the heat.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE this company. Called them out for a leaky dishwasher. They quoted me 1,200 dollars. We had the work done. The dishwasher was leaking on the first use after they left. I called them back 4 times and they send me a new quote of 1,100 to fix the leaky dishwasher. That was in the original quote?! The manager John Racz has the nerve to tell me that he took care of me because he didn't charge me the 3 times someone had to come back?! He said "in a perfect world" the last tech would've come out first. The last tech said he knew exactly what the issue was and would send us another quote. So 2,400 dollars later which is half the price of a new dishwasher to fix it. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! They also charge travel time from job to job and they always send the furthest technician to the job. I'm in Kent and pay travel time from Bellingham, another rip off.

Provided by YPmobileI made the mistake of hiring these guys to do some work on a food warmer. The repairs didnt last more than 2 months and I paid over $1000. I called to have them come out to fix it. I was 5 days over their 90 warranty. Would not even touch it without me agreeing to pay. Talked to the preseident of the company. He flew off the handle and treated me disrespectfully. Now the repairs are worthless and I will probably have to find another company.

BEWARE!! Complete Ripoff Repair!! They do not know what they are doing and will screw things up worse!! Stay away at all cost!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES and OWNER Mike will just cuss at you and hang up on you!!

Provided by YP.comThis is the second time have been screwed over by the company!!! BEWARE - They are not honest with there pricing! They quote shop rate of 130.00 then wanted me to pay a bill for over 360.00 - the equipment is not worth that! I will like to see them explain the charges to a judge in small claims court. I agreed to one hour labor cost estimate! Not 2.5 times. Support a honest business - not these guys.

Provided by YP.comI have been using this company for a few years but as of today I will be looking elsewhere for a repair company. For over three "Preventative Maintenance" service I was charged for having my AC filter changed which is on the roof of the building so I don't have access to and I was at the mercy of this tech. Well, come to find out that tech NEVER changed my filter and when I brought this to the owners attention he wanted to make things right and we agreed to have another tech out to fix what was suggested and all I was responsible for was parts and he was picking up labor. A few weeks later I received a bill from CRR so I called and spoke to someone in AR and the last thing I recall was she was going to speak to the owner and if there were any discrepancy she would call me back. Well I didn't hear from her so therefore I assumed the owner took care of the matter. I called today to schedule another preventative maintenance only to find my account was suspended and I had two invoices at the collections! After speaking with accounts receivable I learned the owner didn't honor our agreement and billed me and since I didn't pay on the invoice they sent it to collections and collections didn't contact me because CRR gave them the wrong phone #.

Provided by YP.comSimilar experiences with these guys. Complete lack of communication, and they were unable to fix the problem after MULTIPLE trips out. They refused to get the proper tax information to us so our company could pay them, and then threatened with a lien after the invoice was just a few weeks old. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE Of this company! Misdiagnosed the problem and caused more harm to my refrigeration system then handed me an $800 bill! I had to pay a legit company to come out and unscrew up what this company did! Then the PRESIDENT preceded to threaten me with a lien without talking through the situation, was completely rude, and then HUNG up on me!
