      Caron MacLane is the Founder, Coach and Consultant of Caron Circle Coaching & Consulting. Prior to founding the company last year, Caron MacLane was a personal coach. Ms. MacLane’s coaching practice focuses on moving clients to the next step in success. After learning what makes each person unique, Caron systematically focuses on intention. As a national and regional coach for Fortune 500 employees and she has recently experienced increased success with client achievement through her unique Circle™ system. She currently teaches Dealing with Anger and Positive Parenting. Caron has an extensive background in counseling in addition to over 40 years of teaching experience. She utilizes her wealth of psychological knowledge in working effectively with people. Caron’s insight and ability to listen combine to deliver useful wisdom in moving forward. Her clients have their tangible results such as --opening a retail store in downtown Seattle called Momos, --doubling income on the job and moving from a job that was hugely dysfunctional and brought lots of headaches to a job to that uses all this person’s strengths and has brought tremendous satisfaction, --navigating raising 7 kids as a stay at home dad and coming back into the positive graces of his wife, --dealing with the dying and ultimate death of a parent while staying centered, --finding a partner that met my client’s design, --understanding of self to have the words to communicate that to the world, --extricating from codependency to standing in self sufficiency --opening the grips of compulsive behavior --getting rid of anxiety before exams and challenging situations --effective parenting that brought about calm in previously loud, rebellious children --adopting positivity for increased joy
