I ordered from Wayfair and this company was contracted to deliver my item. It has been a month and my item has still not been delivered. They have rescheduled my delivery 4 times. Their excuses are ridiculous...once they could not fit it onto their truck and another they claimed that it could not be delivered because the border mail place that it was supposed to be delivered to was a "highly secured area" (border mail locations receive 100's of packages daily). Their customer service is horrific. Their staff told me that they would be trying to find another truck to deliver my item sooner and when I spoke to the supervisor the following day she said that she didn't care what I was told by the staff but there is no way that my delivery could come sooner. Very unprofessional! Wayfair really needs to look into to hiring more reputable companies for their deliveries because this one is seriously damaging their reputation.
