Chris came out to my house today in West Seattle to work on my washer. It was giving an odd code and would not start until re setting it several times. After trouble shooting and checking on the hoses things seem to be back working like normal. No parts needed (at least at this time). He is now also familiar with my machine and has all the serial numbers so if something happens again he will know where to start. All it cost was the $80.00 service call. YEAAA!!. I will be calling Chris next time I have a problem. He was honest and did not try to sell me parts I did not truly need. Chris is an honest guy you can trust. Jane
