The management is not the best! They're not friendly at all! They charge a late fee for returning your keys on move out day ($75.00 per hour it's late). The place is very nice but it's not worth the price. The walls are very thin, you can hear every conversation your neighbor or roommate is having. There is only one dumpster which is far away if you live in building 1 or 2. The counters are very cheap, they chip after the slightest touch. I would not recommend living there!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. The complex was rushed to be built over the course of one summer, needless to say, everything is cheap and not finished properly. The rent itself is overpriced and you always end up having to pay random "fees" out of nowhere, along with having to constantly pay your electricity bill (even though they claim you have a reasonable cap for your h it) AND is if that isn't inconvenient enough, they don't accept cash to pay these fees, only money orders which is an additional cost to even purchase. The management may be the most rude people I have ever met in my life. They do not care to get to know anyone or fix any problems. The only time I ever saw any of them even slightly smile was the day I signed my lease. There are people who already signed to live here again neat year before realizing how awful it is (since all employees will annoy you like crazy about renewing) that are desperately trying to sublet their apartment, even at discounted rates!! Stay AWAY! I suggest the province if you want to live somewhere nice.

Nice place but they add in so many hidden charges and fees. Claim that utilities are included in a $30 cap but every month you receive a huge utility bill ontop of an overpriced rent. Also, maintance always finds a way into your apartment. If you like paying $600/person plus all the ridiculous charges live here. Not affordable for college students
