- Assisting clients in the development, drafting, and modification of information security and privacy corporate governance policies and attendant protocols to ensure compliance with pertinent state and federal law. - Assisting clients in the development and implementation of information security Incident Management Plans and other incident management plans. - Engaging in table top exercises with clients to test efficacy of information security policies and incident response plans. - Advising clients with respect to third-party vendor contracts and allocation of liability related to information handling and data breach. - Advising clients on protecting information assets, such as trade secrets. -Assisting clients by coordinating with cybersecurity experts, such as CISSPs and penetration testers, to ensure periodic assessment of clients security systems. - Assisting clients by coordinating with business continuity experts in the development, maintenance, and testing of business continuity plans. - Assisting clients by coordinating with risk management and risk assessment experts in the development, maintenance, and testing of Incident Management Plans. - In the event of a data breach, advising clients with respect to all relevant privacy and data breach notification laws. - Trade Secret Management
