Based in Based in Kent, Ohio, Sorbothane Inc. has been providing shock and vibration solutions for over 25 years. Along with being a custom molder, the firm also offers a complete line of hemispheres, stud mounts, bumpers, isolation rings, vibration isolation pads, leveling mounts, sheet stock and soft blow mallet. Its Sorbothane brand of visco-elastic polymer is used for the development of shock absorbing insoles for the athletic and orthopedic markets. Its list of clients includes NASA, Liberty Bell and Wilson Sporting Goods.
