BEWARE OF HORTON ARCHERY. I am and have been very huge into archery. I also own my own business. When it come to CUSTOMER SERVICE,,,,, It is so bad I dont even know where to start. I had some issues with my fathers bow. MY ARCHERY SHOP and the owner is a very good friend said he would not deal with them. So I tried. This has went on for SEVEN WEEKS. Either I am put on hold, hung up on,, and NEVER get a straight story from them. Thet CAN NOT work off the bar codes off the product,, they need a sales receipt,, A BIG JOKE,, Then after sending my Dads " he is 70 years old" Warrenty Info. in,,, about 6 people can not find it. Its really bad when an archery shop dealer tells you they will not deal with them. I would like to make it clear that NO ONE should BUY ANYTHING from these IDIOTS. What a dam joke
