I couldn't tell you how the service was, I wasn't going to wait even longer to find out how the actual service was. I was not waited on at my time of appointment- that's the sole reason for the appointment, to not wait. The employees are DEFINITELY NOT friendly, not on the phone, not in person. I've heard iffy reviews but thought I would give it a chance but I will never go back. The staff was rude, barely acknowledged me. I'm not going to spend my money somewhere I am treated so poorly. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I went here because it was an Aveda salon and was thrilled with the results. Exactly what I wanted and the girls are so nice and talkative. A little expensive for such a small salon, but the results were worth it. I got compliments in Beachwood from a hairstylist!

i am very disappointed with my service at cuttin loose. i thought that aveda salons were supposed to be at least decent at what they do but i think best cuts service at a high price is ridiculous. one side of my hair was at least 2 inches longer than the other and when i asked why i was told that was supposed to be that way. hmmm, i don't remember asking for anything remotely asymmetrical. pass on this place, it was a nightmare
