dealing with complicated foot surgery and a lengthy stay in a hospital bed at home and then 3 months in a wheel chair, i had to work with many people and organizations. BW Surgical Supply was without a doubt the very best in every. They explained everything ina way that an ordinary person could understand; they made clear what was covered anad what not; they acted promptly and reliably on things like returning calls or calling back with more complete information; they were here at my home to deliver and pick up promtply and courteously for every appointment. I wish every organization were as reliable, courteous, and high quality as BW. Oh, and they were actually fun to work with! Thank you, BW!
