Complete lack of patient care and compassion. The driver dropped off a patient at the wrong clinic and when we called back to let them know Dave stated the patient is not their responsibility. We asked for a manager to call us back. Mike the owner called us back and offered no solution, instead he proffered to scream at the receptionist and repeatedly tell her the patient "isn't their responsibility." The receptionist was so shaken up by his abusive and abrasive behavior. Be carful sending your loved ones, as the owner stated the patient "isn't their responsibility."
