The studio is 700 sq. feet equiped with props and serenity. Teachers are certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance. Our personalized style offers a rich, deep, satisfying experience. Put Balance Back into Your Life. Offering weekly classes, ranging from Gentle Yoga, Beginner Yoga/Yoga 1, Yoga 2 and All Levels. Our talented and certified instructors bring their own vibe and flavor to each class. Focus on breath awareness to release into relaxation and focus ond decreasing aches/pains/misalignments of mind/body. This meditative style is introspective and deep. All levels welcome. Workshops, classes and private sessions available. Our therapeutic methods are rooted in breath, mantra, meditation, ayurveda, and asana.
