Opened in 1997 with the purpose of training individuals in the sport of life. The Academy offers tailored fitness, martial arts and disciplined sports training for individuals of all ages and abilities. The Academy provides fun and challenging classes for everyone ranging from children to adults, and from those less active to elite athletes. Training includes stand up striking, take-downs, ground fighting and submissions, as this is the most dynamic combination for all fighting situations. MMA at the Academy includes the following art forms: Muay Thai (AKA Thai boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing) Boxing (AKA American boxing) Kickboxing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (gi and no-gi) Judo Freestyle wrestling/freestyle grappling Folkstyle wrestling Greco-Roman wrestling Whether you are looking to learn self-defense, become a fighter, become a better professional fighter, be more physically fit, or become more disciplined in your daily life, we have classes to fit your needs.
