I called from CA to find a specific brand & model of shoe in my width (Zeira Jacklyn, Med). It's been a tedious search. But, Tony at Chiappetta went the extra mile to inquire on my behalf. What a guy! :) He also mentioned a new brand (Earthies) that would have just what I was looking for. He turned out to be right.
