Expected a response phone call regarding the facility not upgrading my surepistbpackages tonups my choice. Three days now this has not been done I have contacted UPS Customer Service each time. I paid a yearly fee for this upgrade. This Customer Center refuses to call me back as the customer service says they will.

No excuse for this extremely poor service. I am paying for a service and am not getting it. That is fraud,

On Friday, May 2, I had an overnight package to pick up. I went to the Okanogan store early and found that I could go around back and pick the package up. I was told by a lady back there that I needed the proper identification and something to prove that I worked for the company that the package was being sent to. The package was mine, but was sent to a local company for installation. I asked her if she would talk to the boss of the company on the phone and she said no. I went back and got a signed business card authorizing me to pick the package up. I waited until the UPS store opened, showed her my ID and the authorization on the business card. She then became very rude and condescending telling me I didn't understand their rules about proper identification. Finally she called her manager who approved my package pickup. I work in a hospital where proper ID is far more important than UPS's. I was insulted by her attitude and arrogance.
