30 Years as a Tax Accountant in the Tri-Cities Experienced in IRS Audits: I have been involved with providing assistance in resolving problems with the IRS for both my clients and individuals referred by other preparers. Payroll for over 20 years Enrolled to practice before the IRS: Enrollment before the IRS means that I have had to pass a rigorous examination given by the treasury dept. To demonstrate my knowledge of tax law and as an enrolled agent I am required to maintain continuous professional education to keep up on tax laws. Being an enrolled agent allows me to represent taxpayers before the IRS through the appeals process which can only be done by enrolled agents, CPA’s or a tax attorney.
