Very rude! I understand they were busy, but I wanted to go in and try on my dress one more time and pick it up... they kept insisting I would have to come back because they were too busy. We got a little upset and did not want to leave until I had my dress, but not to the point of needing intervention and they called the cops! Apparently they are known for calling the cops on their customers... "great customer service" guys!

You go in thinking that there isn't much in there for you but then they come over to help you and instead of only picking designs you like they pick a style so you know that first. Then they worry about what they have in the the style you are looking for. I have found every one of my prom dresses there except for my fisrt dress, they are amazing and they will even negotiate prices to fit more into your budget. Thats how I got my dream dress for my senior prom!!!
