Edison Elementary School, governed by Omaha Public Schools, serves students in kindergarten through grade six. Established in 1966, the school offers a variety of educational and extracurricular opportunities to more than 400 students. It coordinates Head Start, English as a Second Language, and gifted and talented education programs. Edison Elementary School's academic curriculum includes English, math, science and social studies.
