A great group of people; very professional and friendly. I just got complete dentures and could not be happier with the service and genuine care I have received. I have never had a good relationship with dentistry in general, but they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Harkers office for 5 years. yes it is a bit noisey but the staff is great and friendly. Dr Harker has gone out of his way for me. I feel cared for not like just another patient.

They never once (after 5 phone calls) returned a phone call on a billing inquiry. Even after being told how important the situation was. My husband had a similar situation. I finally had to change dentists because of the customer service and lack of communication. The office was very loud & lacked privacy compared to my previous dentist.
