Unbelievable..........The best. Tank cleaned out. Had them dig up the back of tank were there were obvious roots. Well a root had completely smashed the pipe exiting the tank into the leach field. The pipe was 40 yrs. old and was easily crushed by the massive root. I had them remove the stump and all roots. The replaced necessary pipe excluding the field because that was not disturbed. My plumbing is working fine. The water in the tank is staying below the baffle. Problem completer in 4 hrs.. Fast service. They called me to arrange for them to come out. They were out the next day. They billed me AND DIDNT ASK FOR A DIME for there services before starting. Outstanding company. The employees were knowledgeable and courteous

They did manage to unclogged my kitchen drain (which the previous plumber could not) however they left a disaster. First the removed a check valve in order to access the clog. However when they put back the check valve they cross threaded it resulting in a lose connection. When someone used the downstairs bathroom it leaked and we had to clean up sewage. They also spattered the muck from the drain everywhere. It was on carpets, walls, golf clubs, antique furniture, Christmas ornaments, and floors. It got everywhere. It took days to cleanup (I am still not sure I got everything) and I had to throw away so much stuff because it was ruined beyond repair.

They pumped the septic Friday and Tuesday it was backed up into my house. The drainage field is backed up with water and overflowing but McGovern won't come back or even call back to deal with the situation. Never again will my family work with this company.
