I will never use any other company for my HVAC needs. Richard explained everything he was working on and went above and beyond to fix our AC in the warm summer months. Because of his dedication, we will be using Robinson Heating and Air when we get a new AC unit this winter.

I would never recommend this company to anyone ever again.. they are a total rip off and it took forever to get a service guy out to my house. Then once the young man arrived he spent his precious time fixing something I found out from another company was not the issue. So I paid roughly $600.00 dollars for my unit to break down, once again.. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I will never again call Robinson Heating and Air.

We have used Robinson Heating and Air for the past 11 years for our house. The girls in the office, Abby and Kim, always make sure our needs are met. We get emails when our service is due in spring and fall. Richard came out in the ice to repair our furnace last week and we were so happy to see him, we were freezing! We love the fact that they are a small family business. If we have a problem, they fix it. I appreciate the fact that they don't try to sell us new equipment every time they come out.
