This is a great place where one can go to learn to decompress and stretch. I had never thought yoga would be my cup of tea and yet, the time flies by and my stress level is immeasurably reduced. I've translated some of the techniques I've learned to my daily life. It has helped me to remember to relax and breathe which keeps the stress level down long past class time.
