The owner advertises the kickboxing classes as a Muay Thai martial arts program, it is not!It is an over priced, mediocre fitness class. They classes never start on time and they are not a full hour. You are better off going to a kickboxing franchise because they are clean, prompt, much cheaper and a better work out.
