I'm very surprised by the previous review. I experienced the exact opposite, everyone I encountered at Auto Action were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable,and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get an aftermarket product installed in their car, just ask the dealership you are buying from if they use them.

This place is a hack shop. They installed DVDs in my truck. They ripped the leather in the back of the seat. The guy chuck is rude. They said they would compensate me and then told me no. They have to take my truck back for another day to fix the seat. They have a terrrible attitude.I am making them fix my truck and now they dont want to work on it again.That really shows what kind of company they are.
