Attention to the market, client and customer needs, and strong morals and ethics are what I pride myself on. I have been a broker for 18 years and started Schwab Ranch Investments and Management in 1996. Prior to starting my career in real estate, I was the lead agricultural appraiser for the Kendall Appraisal District which provided me with an inside look at the property tax appraisal process.
