General Info

Prichard’s Distillery incorporated in 1997 with their award-winning aged American rum in hand. They opened their first distillery in 1999 in the historic Kelso, Tennessee schoolhouse. Five generations ago in 1822, Granddaddy Benjamin Prichard of Davidson County, TN left his still, tubs, utensils and techniques of the craft to his son Enoch. Suffice it to say that long before they became a “legal” distillers, the Prichard family was known to make the best whiskey in the area. When descendant Phil Prichard opened Prichard’s Distillery in Kelso, TN, he restored a lost art form. The Prichard family continues to produce some of the finest tasting rums and Tennessee whiskey in America. Prichard’s portfolio includes aged and flavored Rums, Tennessee whiskies and bourbons, bourbon liqueurs such as Sweet Lucy, Sweet Lucifer, and Sweet Lucy Bourbon Cream and decadent creams.Prichard’s Distillery incorporated in 1997 with their award-winning aged American rum in hand.
