I have trained under Roberto Kaelin now for over 2 yrs, I am a Naga champion 2 times and DOM champion 2 times and have not got less than second place out of 12 tournament fights(10 and 2 ). I had my son (11) start training 1st because of his best friend of 2 1/2 yrs decided to find another best friend and thought it would be cool to now pick on my son who was 1/2 his size up, down and sideways. The parents did nothing, the problem got worse, so it was turned into the wonderful school counsler and I MADE A CALL TO MS. TRACY AT RKBJJ. She had all of the answers I was looking for, the school did their part and so did RKBJJ. I watched my son train for about a month or so and realized this was ALSO for me. Its funny, when a kid learns self defense, the bullying stops. Its problem routes through the parents and is picked up by the kids in my opinion. He now has a base where he walks and talks with confidence he never had before. He has competed and placed in the top 3 twice in two BJJ tounaments, one NAGA and one EVOLVE. I am so proud of him. Mr.Roberto comes from a rich wealth of knowledge and experience passed down from generation to generation originatiing from GRAND MASTER HELIO GRACIE, he is ranked under CARLOS MACHADO, follow that lineage. You will see he is the real deal guys, he is NO JOKE. You name it, he has done it, very impressive. Thank U for believing in all of your students and sharing with us your knowledge and skills, these teachings have meant so much to me and my new way of life. I have changed my diet drastically (and lost right at 70 lbs), my thoughts are easier to control and my confidence level is out of the roof, I get tickled by big muscle guys acting like they are tuff. YES,..... it was intimadating before, but now its kind of funny to see them strut around knowing if I had a bad encounter with a so called tuff guy I would have no problem, nor would I hesitate to protect my self and or family with a quick choke, an arm break or legbreak, you cant fight if your passed out or have broken limbs, game over.......!!! that fast. EVERY BODY NEEDS to come check out ROBERTO KAELINS BRAZILLIAN JIU JITSU ACADEMY. It is the only school in keller that offers BLACKBELT INSTRUCTION IN JUDO AND BJJ ( has blackbelt in karate as well). My youngest is a 9 year old whos passion is dance, At my last NAGA tournament (got 1st pace) we didnt even make it 1/2 way back to the car and she is already asking, daddy when can i do a jiu jitsu tournament with fire in her eyes, I seen it. I said well baby you have to learn jiu jitsu 1st, so I talked to MS TRACY and set up few private lessons, OH no Naga boys Here comes a tough girl ready for competition with fire in her eyes and win in her heart. She loves the privates with MS Tracy. Ms Tracy really knows how to keep the kids attention in a very positive way, CANT THANK U ENOUGH MS TRACY AND MR ROBERTO, you guys are truly the best instructors and academy around, IT JUST FEELS LIKE HOME. I will refer any and everybody who may have interest in learning the life changing experience we have greatfully encountered. Boys dont pick on this girl even if dance is her 1st passion or your in for a very embarrasing moment. Ask mom or dad to take you to the mat, it helps get aggression out and will humble you very quickly. With much love NICK L

Roberto Kaelin Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a Top notch school! Roberto is a soft spoken instructor but has so much knowledge to give his students. If you follow his lineage of instructors you will see the wealth of knowledge that has been past down to him. The knowledge that he has gained over a life time of experience he pass on to his students with a smile and a calm temperament. It is hard to find a gym where you can walk in off the streets and feel comfortable within the first class but with the wide variety of students and talent level at RKJJ.com any one will find easy to feel at home! I highly recommend this school from any one ranging from a white belt all way to a black belt! The atmosphere is very conducive to learning. Not to mention they have a great Kids program run By Tracey a terrific instructor! You can tell every time you walk in the kids are having a good time learning because they never seem to want to leave! (and thats a hard thing in the age of video games)

I really love going to Roberto's school. His school has opened my youth once again that I thought I lost when I entered my mid 30's. Everyone that I have seen come to his school has gotten in shape and learn to protect them selves. With a lot of fun of course. I am a very busy person. I can't believe they are open 6 days a week! So the schedule is flexable. Don't do what I did and wait to get started. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

My son and I have been going to Robertos for a little over a year my son is 10 and has learned so mych self defense and has boosted he confidence. Great place for kids Tracy and Roberto really work good with the kids, The adult classes are awesome they have great hours for the working people. There new place is huge, clean and a great place to train. My son and I have come so far int he last year. All the instructors are there to give you an extra minute anytime you need it. So glad I found Roberto's school for my jiu jitsu fix. Great atmosphere, no egos, very nice students, instructors are all very approachable and willing to help. I am only 4 months in and I cannot get enough.

I am a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) under Fabio Santo & I have over 10 years of experience. I have had the pleasure of training with some of the best Jiu-Jitsu fighters in the world-Fabio Santos, Megaton, Carlos Machado, Royler Gracie, Dean Lister, etc. & Roberto is among them. He is a very technical Jiu-Jitsu fighter & a patient detail oriented instructor. He is a black belt under Carlos Machado so he is close to the source. If you want to learn BJJ & learn it how it is supposed to be taught then come train at Robertos. I have been training with him for around 4 years, since I moved to Texas. I have watched his academy grow from a small Jiu-Jitsu school to one of the premier BJJ academies in North Texas. Hopefully I will see you on the mat!
