Absolutely the best care any facility can provide. You simply can't find a better place to take your pet. We had to put our pet down due to age and many other factors and you took such genuinely compassionate care of all of us. We were a mess and you helped us see through our mess and made the whole process bearable for us all. Dr. Prill is just one of many doctors in the facility, but she is the one that walked me through one of the most gut-wrenching responsibilities of owning a pet and that is making final decisions for them. God always puts the right people in my path to guide me when decisions are hard, and the staff and Dr. Prill were placed in my path exactly when I needed them and they told me exactly what I needed to know and hear. Thank you a million times for your compassion and care of my sweet little Chihuahua, Itsy. No one could have given her better care all her years and when it was time to make hard decisions, no one could have been more compassionate with her. She died as beautifully as she lived with the help of these kind people.

The vets, techs, and staff are extremely caring, compassionate, and professional. They lovingly cared for a few of my pets and always went above and beyond. I very highly recommend them!

My cat, who is 11 years old, has been vomiting off and on for 6 months. Recently she started vomiting more frequently. I took her to Parkside and the front staff seemed concerned and were very compasionate when listening to me.



The doctor and her assistant were thourough and ran tests to make sure there wasn't an underlying cause for the frequent vomiting. Turns out a change in her food as she is getting older has helped.



I would definitely recommend taking your pet to Parkside.

Ever since I have come to this facility, I have been treated rudely or was completely unnoticed by the front desk personnel.

Recently, I called to ask for a drop-off appointment, which I have done in the past but for my new puppy. They said, "Sure bring him in at 7:30am." I did and when I got there they said he wasn't old enough and made me out to be a bad pet owner! They became defensive because I was upset that I had wasted 30 minutes of drive time, let alone having to take my puppy back home and then go to work only to bring him back a second time later that day.



Instead of apologizing for their error - not telling me that he was too young to be kept at the office with other dogs - they said they were only doing it for his own good and I should understand. I responded, "I'm not upset that you can't take him, I'm upset that I wasted a trip up here for you to tell me that when you should have asked his age over the phone! I don't know your rules for drop-offs."



Then, when I came back later and paid my expensive bill they didn't even tell me that I was done or to have a nice day, they just stared at me until I asked "Is that everything?" The lady simply said, "Yeah." Great service.



However, I love the doctors and never had a problem with a technician. That is the only reason I return.
