Lux nail spa have great designs out of the ordinary , my Shellac stays on for over 4 weeks , and they have free wine! The manager is super nice thanks Tammy we will definitely cone back!

I've been there many times and never once complained, even though a few times I felt less than satisfied. I thought over all, it was best not to say anything if I was satisfied on most occasions.This is the first time I decided to actually call and ask for the service to be done over. I got a manicure, pedicure and full face wax so the price was up there.Knowing how long I have been going there, I would have thought they would automatically show good customer service and apologize, just do it over..Instead, I was made to feel that if my grooming habits were less than stellar then maybe it was my fault.Not a good way to win friends and keep customers. I don't think I will return. Who needs it?
