I have so wanted to support this locally owned business, but I continue to be disappointed with their service. I have twice in the past 2 visits caught them cutting corners when taking my dog in for a grooming... this time they did not clip his nails. My dog is 12 years old and does NOT give much of a fight when he gets his nails clipped unless groomers aren't gentle, so they either aren't cutting his nails on purpose or they aren't being gentle with senior dogs. I called today to ask why they wouldn't cut his nails during a regular grooming, and they gave me some song and dance about he must not have been cooperative, but why wouldn't they tell me that when I picked him up? They didn't seem to care about keeping my business. I am truly disappointed, as I want to keep my dollars in Keller since we live here. However I will go back to PetSmart in Southlake because they always did such a great job.

Horrible Family owned Groomers! March 21, 2013 Horrible!!! Choppy is not the word! Butchered!! 3rd time I gave this company a chance to redeems themselves, but this one I can not let go! I just posted her before and after! I went back next morning to talk the owner, I showed him the before photo, he said quote: how do I know she looked like that before? Also said he gave her the hair cut! I said, then you should know how beautiful she was before you gave her the butcher job! He said, have nice day! Ugh go to kudzu to see photos!

I live in Flower Mound and have been taking my two mixed-breed dogs to Floyd to groom for over five years. When I learned that he was opening his own business in Keller a year ago, I didn?t hesitate in continuing to take my dogs to him at his new location. I feel no hesitation leaving my dogs with the caring staff at Classy Cuts who I have found to all be friendly and gracious. They treat your pet like it was their own. My dogs have cowered being taken to other grooming places in the past, but that is not the case when they go to Classy Cuts. They are greeted warmly with genuine affection. The staff is always pleasant, courteous, and I have always received excellent customer service. This is a rare quality to find and this family-owned business wants your business and strives to give you customer satisfaction not just the first time but every time. I highly recommend Classy Cuts as the best establishment in the Keller area to take your dog to be pampered.

I started taking my dog to Classy Cuts about a month after they opened and have NEVER been happier with pet grooming service from anyone else. The staff know him and myself by name, and everytime I pick him up he smells great, feels soft, and looks great. I love Classy Cuts and will remain a faithful and loyal customer. Their quality of work is AMAZING!

My Shitzu is only 3.5 months old and I recently took her to Classy Cuts for her first haircut. I have to say I was thrilled to see how pretty she looked with her little pink bows in her hair. They took great care of her and the customer service was excellent.

These are some of the most talented and caring groomers ever! The service is beyond fantastic, they made me feel like I was family. My pomeranian Corky didnt even want to leave when I picked her up! Five Stars for Classy Cuts!

This place is awesome. Its a brand new salon that is family owned and ran. My baby boo boo had the best experience there. Her hair cut was perfect and she smelled incredible! The customer service was top notch and not to mention that it is beautiful inside! It looks like somewhere I would get my pampering done. I highly recommend this puppy salon to everyone that has pets!

Classy Cuts Pet Salon is the best!! I took my dog to be groomed there on their first day of business. He looked AWESOME, smelled great and had a great time. I would recommend them to everyone. I have been to a ton of groomers and have never been as satisfied as I was with Classy Cuts. They are very professional and extremely experienced groomers!!!
