I would NOT in any way, shape or form recommend this law firm for a real estate closing. Their office is a deplorable mess, confidential info is left strewn all over messy desks, they don't do their due diligence prior to closing and actually wanted a seller to sign over a deed and hold his money in "escrow" til the buyer purchased an insurance binder. They waited until 7pm the night before closing to provide HUD numbers. Do yourselves a favor and find another closing lawyer. Unless you have very low standards and want to be stressed out by their approach
