They used to have the best service in town, now it's almost non existent. You can not ever call local #, it a 1-800 and it's out of state. If you leave a message with 1-800# for local to call you back, nobody returns your call. I have just now, today, mailed a letter to local office to call me at my work #. The service isn't worth pursuing.

Very bad policy not to be able to call office directly. A prescription for me has been delivered there and I want to schedule a time to pick it up. It's ridiculous to sit on the phone in order to talk to a central office to gain local information. Medical device industry is bad enough without this sort of deliberate stalling in dealing with customers.

I am very satisfied with the service and personnel in the Keene office. What I do not like at all is not being able to call them directly. It takes me ten times longer to get trough to them with this new "improved" system, and I don't like talking with people when I don't even know where they are located. From now on I will travel directly to the Keene office to speak with them in person. I have been on the phone quite a while now while waiting to be connected to my local office. I don't believe this is good customer service, and for this reason I am very disappointed. I don't expect this review to make a difference in how Apria opperates their customer service, sadly. My time is valuable, too, even at my age. I wonder if anyone will even read this review and if it matters. I am usually a positive person, but this is about the third time I have had this unpleasant experience.
