I want to start by saying I have been going to gilmore tax for over 10 years and I never had an issue with Anita Gilmore. Unfortunately in 2016, Anita herself was unavailable to personally prepare the taxes. Her office workers completely screwed up. And to top it off they wouldn't admit their mistakes even when presented with the facts. They just insisted it was our fault. How is that possible when I gave them all my documents in february and they did not complete my tax return until June. They insisted I had an extension to which IRS said, I never did and had to pay a penalty. They could not handle the workload and I will never go there again. I know of a few other issues last year from other families but I will let them write the review.

Have been doing my taxes here for many years with pretty much no issues. Always get a good refund. However, the one time I did run into a problem because of a mistake on they're end they seemed not to really care or do anything to assure me it would never happen again.
