Established in 1946, Bindi manufactures a variety of bakery products for restaurants throughout the world. It operates more than three manufacturing plants in Italy and the United States. The company s products include cakes, pastries, cookies, croissants, cheesecakes, gelati, sorbetti, dessert sauces and single portions. Its cookies are available in Cantucci, Bacio di Dama, Apricot Frollino, Dama and Sabbiosino styles. Bindi maintains offices in Boston, Los Angeles and New York City.
